Juicer recipe: Benefits of Wheatgrass juice:-
Wheatgrass juice is high in vitamin A, B, C and E. Besides, wheatgrass juice also able to improve neutralize toxins and carcinogens in the body, blood sugar disorder, increase hemoglobin production, reduce high blood pressure and improve digestion. As wheatgrass able to neutralize toxin and carcinogens in the body, in directly it helps to improve the functions of the livers.

Ingredients for wheatgrass juice:-

  • 1 bunch of Wheatgrass
  • 1~2 tea spoon of Honey
  • 220ml fresh water

Serving Size: 1 cup of wheatgrass juice

Preparation steps for wheatgrass juice:-

  • Clean the wheatgrass with water and blend thoroughly.
  • Once the wheatgrass is blended, add water and 1~2 tea spoon of honey (depends on your preference) and stir it evenly.
  • The wheatgrass juice is now ready to be served
